Jody
Martinez
Jody Martinez’s approach to risk was formed in the fire service. He carried that discipline into mining and industrial work across regulatory oversight, operations, contractor leadership on major capital projects, and mine rescue.

It Started in the Fire Service
Jody is a U.S. Air Force veteran. He served as a Firefighter/Paramedic in Air Force and municipal fire departments, working structure fires, medical emergencies, vehicle extrications, technical rescues, hazardous materials incidents and wildland fires.
Every call came down to the same questions: What can fail? Who is exposed? What controls are in place? What happens if it gets worse?
Mining and industrial work did not change those questions. The scale changed, the systems became more complex, and the consequences became organizational. That discipline is the foundation of TRIAD.
Mission
To strengthen operational governance, improve organizational resilience, and help organizations operating in complex industrial environments make better operational decisions through independent executive advisory services.
TRIAD is principal-led by design: clients work directly with Jody on every engagement.
